This was a first time satisfactory experience that we had in the steak factory kolkata after eating out a lot of Continental food or beef steak Beef is consumed vastly in the world but in Kolkata, there are hardly few restaurants which serves you beef in a good continental style. There are good five star hotels in kolkata which serves you good tenderloin steaks, but out of the many experienced steaks that we had, The steak factory food was far better. Seared beef steak, made rare-medium , which was marinated with mustard, wc sauce,salt,pepper, and served with mashed potato, butter and garlic tossed vegetable was just perfect. It it has to be grilled steaks, tenderloin steaks, this place is a must try. Besides tenderloin steaks, Pizza is one of the most consumed dish in the world and it is one of the staple food in Italy. Pizzas come in varied shapes and sizes and with a wide variety of toppings with mozzarela cheese. There are more than dozens of Pizza outlets in Kolkata and also food chains and franchises like Dominos and Pizza Hut, Papa Johns, Brickwood pizza and lots more. What we know as a pizza is a bread with topings of vegetable, meat and cheese. The pizza base varies from thin crust to thick, pan pizza and stuffed bread and all these pizza varieties are available at any specialized food outlets in Kolkata. There is a new outlet \" The Steak factory\" at the Kalikapur road Kolkata, which we visited this week. The Steak factory has its main branch in the downtown of Kolkata. The steak factory offers a wide range of Salads, Kebabs,Steaks , Mocktails and Desserts, and not to forget the specialized pizzas. The special pizza which is named as the Pizza Pot Pie is made out of Sausages, Mushroom and the pizza base is absolutely fresh. The pizza pot pie is an easy to go recipe, which even you can make at home as well. Recipe Grease the mould with butter and add cheese sllices. In a pan add oil,garlic,chiliflakes,italian condiments, then add cchopped mushroom and sausages, and tomoato concasse, topped with lots of cheese and then put in in the mould. make the fresh pizza dough, fork the pizza base and cover it over the mould to bake for 15 minutes. Other than pizzas, their steaks are of great choices, which we tried out and they were great. The average cost of two is INR 1000(approx) and this should be one of the best restaurants in Kolkata.
